Meanwhile overall I like the idea of the CF shafting I don’t like the foldable bit. Does their auto winder use the motor to rewind the string inside or it is some form of spring loaded. I think Stihl has a new setup that does something like autowind and the motor runs it back.
I always have one battery sitting on the charger and I am using the other. This trimmer looks great and ‘almost’ makes me want to start mowing and trimming my yard again. I also used to have the Stihl gas trimmer. A couple of years ago I finally gave up the fight and started having someone mow and edge every other week and I just mowed in between because I hated edging so much. I still get to maintain plant beds and I am waiting on the miracle yard tool that will help me keep bermuda and zoysia grass out of the beds. The included battery lasts about 20 minutes depending on how hard the trimmer is working and other factors.
