We have the Little Tykes Sizzle and Serve grill and a kids picnic table. I love that this house is easy to put together and take apart if needed. I am looking forward to seeing my kids continue to play with the Little Tikes Cape Cottage Playhouse throughout the summer and the rest of the year. I only had to break out a screw driver to attach the flag holder.

After a year of play and being in the sun all the stickers have come off and it’s beginning to look sun-faded. Kids still love it, just disappointed. All the parts were there and instructions were easy. Might consider a second for the play area, the kids like it so much. We had an older version of this growing up that in my memory seemed to be made of thicker plastic in spots like the doors, but I think this will hold up well enough.

We’ve had many picnics out back in the cottage , and they love pretending that they are taking care of their own house! The cottage has been outside for a couple of weeks and withstood some serious bad weather as well as very extreme heat and I see no evidence of damage or warping. Overall I would recommend this playhouse for its top quality, style and great value. I can see it being a favourite for years to come.
The house comes with a tool used to attach the main body via plastic screws as well as pieces that slide on for the roof. I previously mentioned assembly and said it was easy, this is because it only took me around 30 minutes to put together. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after. Love that the play house is easy to assemble and has working window/shutters. I currently do not own any of their products, by as my grandbaby grows, I will have them. I love that the playhouse looks little tikes cape cottage playhouse so durable and safe. I think my granddaughter has some Little Tykes toys,but to be honest I don’t really know. I like the playhouse because it is just the right size for her to have some real fun in.
