Overall, it does a moosoo air fryer fine job of dehydrating, but it does take a while to get the job done. If it came with a third tray you could use all three rack placements, maximizing time spent dehydrating. This is the function that I think will get the least amount of use in my kitchen.

Racks are easy to clean buy soaking in hot soapy water and the interior can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth. If you can see yourself using it often and using most, if not all of its different functions, then it’s totally worth the purchase.
