The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does an excellent job of handling pet hair on bare floors, though you might need to make an extra pass to clear away all of it on low-pile carpet. I didn’t notice right within the 30 days because I but it in the winter so I wasn’t going barefoot as much, so it was past the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I reached out to them and they sent shark cordless me more cleaner….VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT and would not recommend it unless you only want it for the vacuuming part. The CrossWave Max is super easy to master as long as you can get a handle on the concept of pulling a trigger while you push and releasing it when you pull.
