I have my 360 Heurist cleaning hard flooring and a carpeted area and it performs really well on both. The hard flooring is a mock-floorboards setup, with big grooves between the planks that gather dust and grime – and the carpet is constantly covered in crumbs from our toddler’s various snacks throughout bissell crosswave cordless the day. The added features, extra sensors, and longevity of the reliable brand still mean something and its performance is still top notch. Dyson makes great products; however, the robot vacuum 360 Eye is not their best effort to date. A lot of factors go into how well the robot dyson robot vacuum vacuums with cameras operate under furniture or if they even go under in the first place. Yes, the height is important, but also lighting and other items that may be under the couch. Keeping up with the maintenance of your robotic vacuum is of paramount importance.
But at the same time, I want a vacuum that can climb the stairs. My biggest annoyance with the current robot vacuums is that you still have to watch them to ensure they don’t get stuck under furniture or on the yarn hair of a beloved doll left behind on the floor. Thanks to its powerful motor, the Dyson 360 Heurist cleans as well as a regular vacuum cleaner, sucking mess out of carpet and hard floors with ease, cleaning right up to the edges of the room.
