You may want to remove the honeycomb hopper protector to make sure your entire hopper is pellet free. Take your shop vacuum and suck out any unwanted dust from the hopper and the auger tube. Take a damp rag or paper towel and wipe away any dust. Make sure the hopper AND auger is completely dry before re-dumping your pellets in.
Both the ceramic briquet and charcoal tray inserts may be hooked under the left side shelf for storage. Is there a reset for the ERP cuisinart pots and pans set code it will not go away. I have tried every plug in the house and even bought a brand new heavy duty extension cord to no avail.

While it collects drips and guides the grease away from the fire, it also serves as a diffuser plate to create the indirect heat zone for barbecuing and smoking.
