After coming up with the kettle grill, Weber has created a range of different grills and smokers over the years with a focus on great quality and premium features. Char-Broil is one of the best-known char broil performance brands in outdoor cooking. They have been around for decades and make products in every part of the grilling and barbecue market. There is a big reason that they have remained so dominate.

According to Char-Broil, the only way grease will drip from the grill is if you don’t install the tray or pan. You can slide them out from the grill, and they are both porcelain-coated. Additionally, this grill is compatible with Char-Broil’s weber spirit 2 Gear Trax line of accessories. This simple system allows you to add on knobs, hooks, magnets, or baskets for hanging tools. The lid of the Performance 300 even features openings to allow the use of an electric rotisserie.

Immediately weber spirit 2 push in and turn the burner knob to the HIGH position. If ignition does NOT occur in 5 seconds, turn the burner controls off, wait 5 minutes and repeat the lighting procedure.
