Face Shavers: Electric, Dry & Wet Shavers for Men Philips Norelco

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, My Company (change this) will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. We will be able to review any build of your product or assemble your product free of charge and complete the free warranty tune ups when our stores reopen. Overall, the Philips Norelco 9700 is the highest quality shaver I’ve used. The advanced contouring and shaving technologies eliminate any type of user error one might experience while shaving. You’d have to really try hard to get a bad shave out of the 9700, and even then it would still come out great.

You’ll need to replace the foil on your shaver more or less annually, depending on use. The Quick Clean Pod is the world’s smallest and cordless cleaning station. The special cleaning formula is 10x more effective than water1, so you can keep your shaver hygienic. Shipping Fees are calculated based on your shipping address, and the size and weight of the item or items being shipped. Express Shipping Fees are a fixed cost based on the distance between your shipping address and the selected store. At this time, many of our stores are closed and not accepting servicing.

You should also follow the manufacturer’s instructions for replacing foils and cutting blocks. Braun recommends replacement every 18 months (the block and foil come as a single unit, running about $30 for the Series 7 and $50 for the Series 9); Philips Norelco and Remington recommend annual replacement. If a close shave is your top priority, you may find that an electric razor simply cannot compare to a manual one. Experts might say that’s because electric razors don’t cut as close as a traditional razor/shave cream combo, but in practice, I didn’t notice any difference between the closeness of my shave.

For as close as this razor can shave (5-blades close!) you’d think that it could make sensitive skin angry, but somehow it doesn’t. The ultra-sharp blades trim hair as close as any razor/cream combo we’ve tried and the pivoting head ensures you don’t miss a spot – even around hard-to-reach areas like your jawline and neck. Other (more expensive) versions of this razor also feature things like Intelligent Shave Sensor that automatically adjusts to your hair thickness, but this version still delivers a great shave without as many bells and whistles. Similar to Braun razors, Philips electric razors last around minutes at full charge. With many other features, like the SmartClean system and handy LED displays, Philips offers a lot in each product.

So overall, what you get with the Series 8 is a high quality trimmer for about $75 cheaper than the industry-leader. The Braun Series 8 features four synchronized shaving elements that can cut in one stroke what other razors do in two. You get most of the features in the Series 8 as you do the Braun Series 9. The philips razor main difference being you receive an extra cutter on the Series 9, making it easier to cut down longer wiry hairs, which would push the Series 9 to better tackling stubble that’s grown out for a couple days. After using the Philips Norelco 2300 twice, I’m not at all convinced that it’s worth trying to use again.
