This Ozark Trail tent fits 10 people for under $100

It is not an instant tent, although if you want that, look below to see it’s brother (6 person instant cabin tent). The “instant” design means it’ll be set up in under 2 minutes (though there’s a bit of a learning curve at first), and the pre-attached poles make pitching the tent a breeze. The cabin design gives it a lot more interior room, with an 80-inch peak height that feels very spacious even for taller users. You can even fit two queen-sized airbeds or eight sleeping bags, and all of your gear fits nicely into the gear loft and two built-in storage pockets. This is an eight-person tent, featuring two rooms and measures 13 by 9 feet—with a floor area of 117 square feet.

The weight of this tent is 81.04 pounds, and it’s suitable for three seasons, excluding winter. It includes two rope lights, e-port, media screen, hanging shelves, built-in storage pockets, and built-in closets. Few things are as important as your shelter when it comes to camping. In particular, we like how the Ozark Trail 11 person instant cabin tent provides a large amount of space, privacy, and weather protection. And not only that, but it also goes up in a matter of minutes, do to the instant design. For your next family camping trip, you’ll be hard pressed to find something better for the price.

With a central room and two side rooms on each end, the separate spaces can give you a bit more privacy than you’d expect. The tent offers a panoramic view, thanks to its extra-large windows, and even offers a shaded porch where you can sit and relax outside. To maximize your comfort inside, you’ve got a divider that lets you create up to three separate rooms. With room enough for 3 queen beds or 12 sleeping pads/bags, it’s a family-sized tent where you’ll always feel right at home. Prepare to turn heads when you pitch this unique-looking tent.

Some Ozark Trail products such as their knives can last years, while others’ value really shines through. Below we’ll take a closer look at Ozark Trail Teepee- its faults, features, and what you can do to get the most out of it. We have never been able to sleep in it and makes a poor storage room. I am 67 yrs old and have used Ozark Trail Sleeping Bagss for years, but this covered screen dome turned out NOT TO BE A TENT. Every single one of our camping experiences has been ruined because of the OZARK tent. I would like a response to this please and I do expect some compensation of some kind! Every time we put some faith in these tents we got let down.

If you plan to use it during summer, you may want to consider taking advantage of its e-port to run a tent air conditioner. Finally, keep in mind that this is a single wall shelter, which means there’s a lot riding on the ozark trail tent quality of the tent fabric and seams. Plenty of customers swear by the Ozark Trail Yurt’s waterproofing, but we recommend treating it with an extra DWR treatment and sealing any missing seams before putting it to work.

Once we tried it at the lake wind came up, off comes the tarp that with a light rain everything got wet. Also using a ground cover under the tent (seems obvious to me) will help prevent water from coming in from the underside of the tent. If and when I buy a new tent, I will go with Ozark again, and will not buy it from walmart….if you watch a doc. Called “Walmart, the high cost of low prices” it will explain to you why the product there is so cheap.

It was still in great condition and had lots of use left in it. I was super happy with the tent, especially for what we paid for it. Weighing in at a hearty 15 lbs, chances are you won’t be hiking anywhere with the Ozark Trail 7 Person Teepee. Anywhere with pull-up vehicle access and nearby amenities would be perfect for this style of shelter. The inside of the tent features integrated storage compartments sewn into the sidewalls. They’re big enough for a phone and a couple of toiletries, but nothing major.
