It took a bit of time to figure out how everything works in this vacuum, but it came with good directions. I used to have Dyson vacuum cleaner earlier, that I paid a lot more. It was great but Shark is doing at least as good job by getting bissell vacuum cleaner rid of dog and cat hair and all other vacuuming in my house.
