Shark Cordless Vacuum Cleaners for Sale Shop New & Used Vacuums

The vacuum shut off repeatedly and alerted us that it needed to be emptied, despite having no debris in the dust bin, and it spit larger debris across the floor. However, it suddenly started performing flawlessly when we moved to cleaning our set of testing stairs. We ended up re-testing the vacuum on the other flooring surfaces and it then began performing very well.

This feature is especially handy when you need to clean hard-to-reach areas on the floor, like under furniture. And since this vacuum bends, it can also collapse when you need to store it. In addition, the ION F80 can snap and transform into a handheld vacuum, which helps you to vacuum hard-to-reach or small spaces.

The time adjusts throughout the time you’re vacuuming depending on the surface you’re vacuuming and the setting that you have your Dyson on. You can probably guess, but it’s everything you get with the IF 250 UK, and the motorised pet tool. The Shark’s head offers stability for when its folded to stand on its own, so it takes up less space than a traditional upright and you can store it anywhere. The vacuum head – the part that comes into contact with the floor – is wide, flat and deep. It has a bevelled front shape to get the front of the vacuum underneath any objects that might get in the way.

Safety with batteries is imperative and we encourage all customers buy only genuine Dyson batteries as replacements for their Dyson machines. One note we had is that small bits of dirt and other debris sprinkled out the bottom when we powered off the vacuum. This seemed to be due to some sort of issue with the seal around the dirt-chamber-release door on the irobot vacuum cleaner bottom. Again, it’s usable for small touch-up messes on your dashboard or seats but not much else in a vehicle. While it’s fun to point and make pew-pew noises, the Ultralight proved to be heavy on the wrist, as all of the weight is in front of the hand. At 25 feet, the cord is plenty long, but yanking it all over the car as you work gets old quickly.

We have a mixture of hard floors, carpeted rooms and high pile rugs, so we spent a lot of time in the ‘Carpet’ setting. This had a noticeable impact on battery life, but also led to cleaner floors. The shark cordless stick vacuum is Shark’s offering to the handheld-upright-hybrid of vacuum cleaner than so many people think of when they think cordless.

This attachment will work well on furniture, linens, and even your car seats and floor mats. We were also impressed by this vacuum’s ability to suck up pet hair without any becoming tangled in the pet hair brush tool. Nevertheless, once this vacuum was performing well, we found it excelled at picking up all types of debris and no hair was caught in the brush roller. The swivel head makes it easy to maneuver under lower pieces of furniture and it’s lightweight enough to easily transcend a flight of steps. Because of the small dust bin size, we think this vacuum is more suited for apartments or townhomes, but it could also serve as a quick mess-cleaning tool in busy households. If you’re looking for the powerful suction of an upright vacuum but the convenience of a cordless stick vacuum, this is the one for you.

A good stick vacuum should be lightweight, but not necessarily light-duty. The Shark Rocket Ultra-Light Corded Stick Vacuum used to be our best stick pick, and we think it’s still a great option even if it doesn’t have the latest technology or slimmest design. This model impressed us with its maneuverability and effective suction on all types of flooring.
