Our doll looks equally comfortable in this setup as well. The Shyft DualRide has some very nice, easy to see and access belt guides. That made installing it without the base pretty darn easy.
I love Evenflo products, but absolutely despised their customer service. Evenflo has one of the worst customer service we have dealt with. My fiancé and I ordered a car seat from them almost 3 weeks ago. When we went to track our order it kept telling us that evenflo stroller wagon the order number was wrong. We called and the lady said that it was unusual seeing as packages usually deliver hours after purchase. She called the warehouse and somehow 3 other orders were placed the same as ours and they didn’t have any in stock for us.
The main harness strap pads (with the grippy backside) are permanently attached. Since it’s a safety feature of this seat, they are mandatory and not removable.
