If a Platinum Member wishes to return to their previous Diamond or Business Member status, they will receive a refund prorated to the upgrade fee paid when said request is made. Any Rewards earned up to the cancellation date cannot be redeemed until the following Redemption Period. For a Diamond or Business Member to be able to upgrade to a Platinum Membership, said Member shall visit the membership desk to activate the Platinum account and pay the upgrade.
