BISSELL CrossWave Cordless MAX Floor and Carpet Cleaner with Wet-Dry Vacuum

We’ve done the research on products designed to save you time and money. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does a great job of sucking up water. It leaves the surface slightly damp but has no trouble clearing the water as a whole. The water tank has clearly legible fill lines for cleaning either large or small spaces. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max feels decently well-built. It’s similar to the BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro in terms of overall build quality, with a body made mainly from hard plastic and an aluminum wand.

The Bissell Cordless Max multi-surface cleaner has a 36 V lithium-ion battery. You get approximly 30 minutes of cordless cleaning power. The bissell crosswave cordless Max’s real-world suction performance is poor. It uses a less powerful suction motor than the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro and is likely to have more trouble drawing out debris wedged deep within cracks and crevices. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is reasonably easy to store.

This way, I can alternate the two between cleaning my floors. The crosswave is much more expensive with many more features but essentially does the same thing as the pet pro model. I don’t think it has a strong enough mopping function to clean grout lines. It does a great job at refreshing everything, but it’s not as powerful as say a steam mop.

The shark cordless Max and BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro each have distinct advantages, meaning one might suit you better than the other, depending on your needs. Both vacuums use similar detergent-dispersal functions and do a good job of dealing with dried-on stains as well as liquid spills. They’re also pretty similar in terms of dimensions and overall weight. That said, the corded Pet Pro can run indefinitely but at the cost of a limited range. Its brushroll motor is stronger than its cordless alternative, so you can use this vacuum to clean carpeted floors.

As mentioned above, you can easily hook your Bissell CrossWave up to wifi and connect on an app for maintenance, support, cleaning tips, and a usage dashboard. I have a few shag rugs and the high-pile seems to get caught in the roller. As a bonus, my Bissel Crosswave vacuum came with a second brush for backup!

I don’t have wifi so i don’t have whatever that offers. I will try to get used to it and decide if I want to send it back. The Max does an okay job of handling debris in cracks. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max isn’t designed for use on high-pile carpet. Its brushroll motor isn’t strong enough to keep the roller moving on thick carpeting, making it very hard to push around. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max’s performance on low-pile carpet is poor.
