I jogged 30 mins last night, woke up the next morning and did another 30 mins. So far best thing I have bought only two issues are the cell holder and the little noise but it is very light. I was able to workout while my 4 year old slept with the music on the Bluetooth one. I have had it a week and it worked perfectly. I am 5’5” and it is great for my size.
