Tech support was excellent–Carlos specifically was the one who assisted me. He was courteous and helped me pinpoint the issue I was having with my treadmill T4400 which is a great machine for the price. Called Sunny Fitness for a part I needed for my exercise bike. Jeri assisted me and was very professional in correctly identifying the part requested to insure it was indeed the part needed. Will ask for her again if need something from Sunny Fitness. This bike is effectively a studio spin bike, so if you’re familiar with them from the gym, you will feel at ease with this machine, too.
