It’s very similar in design to the Shark Anti-Allergen Pet Power but uses a smaller capacity battery and a slightly more limited set of attachments. Otherwise, it shares many of the same features as other models in the lineup, with a self-cleaning brushroll, a high-capacity dustbin, and HEPA filtration. As the second-best performer in our current test group, the Tineco A11 Hero represents an outstanding deal. So much so that it has officially bumped the Shark Rocket Pet Pro Cordless out of our top pick for best midrange cordless vacuum. With an average 72.5% sand pickup from midpile carpeting, and 82.5% sand removal from low-pile carpet, the Hero performs better.

Anyone with long hair or substantial levels of pet hair understands the struggle that comes from a tangled brush roll. It uses silicone fins to grab hair from the bristles as you clean. I like this vacuum very easy to go from carpet to hardwood floors, the only thing I don’t like is the run time is only about35-40 minutes. The Shark Cordless Pet Plus has decent battery performance.

We run tests in a straight line across all three floor types. Then check out the newer models with newer design irobot vacuum cleaner on the flex hinge. Great review, just two corrections, firstly, the Dyson v11 has 220aw of suction .

It doesn’t come with a miniature turbo brush, but it does have an upholstery tool, crevice tool, and soft-bristle brush for cleaning delicate surfaces. Unfortunately, this vacuum is somewhat bulky for a stick model, and you might find it a little tricky to clean tight recesses. If you’d like to own a Dyson vacuum but you’d rather not spend top dollar, consider the Dyson V8 Absolute hand vac. This step-down cordless model is a few years old, but it still has powerful suction and performs like a champ. On our floor-cleaning tests, the V8 came in a respectable third.

Added a link to the Tineco PWRHERO 11 in the ‘Suction’ section to provide an example of an alternative that exerts a stronger real-world suction force. Despite the many knockoffs, Dyson vacs still perform at a higher level than other brands, in our experience. Perhaps it’s the head start it’s had in refining these smaller machines or the extensive research and development that goes into making them. Having no hearing in my right ear and decreased in my left I would love a vacuum that had less noise.

Additionally, we run anecdotal pet hair tests for each vacuum, on all three floor types, to help us select the best cordless vacuum. We hauled in 10 of the latest models from leading vacuum brands with high user ratings and reviews, bissell crosswave cordless and ran them through a series of tests designed to measure overall proficiency. We also tested cordless vacuums in a range of prices to see how much of a difference you can expect when you opt for a pricier model over a budget pick.

The average slipped further across midpile carpet, though it remained at a respectable 52%. This report lists the ratio of dirt collected by particle size. Other than that, and a battery that’s easier to remove, the D15’s bagless vacuum design remains much the same. That’s a good thing, since we found both models’ dustbins easy to empty. Say hello to the best Dyson cordless vacuum, the $750 Dyson V15.
