You’ll need a large shed to accommodate it, but due to the aforementioned cumbersome portability, it might be better to store it under a cover. The Weber branded covers are expensive but essential to protect the barbecue from the weather if you’re going to leave it outdoors. While the two wheels are large, strong and robust with very little wobbling, it takes a little practice to move it around. However, this two-wheel design did mean the barbecue felt very secure when planted on its two non-wheeled legs. The Spirit II has wheels on one side, which means you have to tilt it to move it around (this isn’t the case with the more expensive Weber Genesis range, which has products with four wheels). In total, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to put together, from opening the box through to full construction.
You got to deal with analysts when your private not a problem. I know I can always replace internals for both for decades to come. Even if Broilmaster/Empire Systems went belly up, generic H burners and ceramic briquettes will always be available as will igniters. I can’t say the same for any of the newer Weber models. Didn’t they DC some Spirit cabinet models a couple years ago only to reintroduce them? I think Weber has too many models right now and that leads to confusion.

The Spirit II E-310 has a longer warranty that runs for ten years, unlike the Weber Spirit E-310, a warranty of two years.

These other grills typically cost around half as much as a Weber and can tempt you into making a “budget based” bad decision. Many people who are shopping for a two burner grill are doing so because they want a grill with a small footprint. The E215 helps in that department by allowing you to fold both side tables down if desired. It turns out that Weber offers three different two burner Spirit grills and, while the Spirit E 215 is great, it is not the best of the three options. I don’t know any grills that have transferable warranty’s.
A lot of decisions will be cost/profit based rather than feature/value based. I find that the E/S-210 to be extremely good cooking machines. As more of a collector than a rehabber, I would see this adding value to a nice ivory or maybe red or blue 3-burner Blackstone Adventure Spirit II. I was moving it and broke a knob; Weber sent me a replacement… Even when choosing a griller, the type of material should be a key factor to have in mind. You should avoid situations where you often replace them with a new one.
