I contacted Hamilton Beach as well and all they could do is give me an apology. I’ve had issues with other Hamilton Beach products in the past, their blenders are pieces of crap, took it back to Target and got a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything made by Hamilton Beach ever again, I suggest no one else does either.

All the dishes are heated evenly and I haven’t noticed any hot spots. The clean-up is easy, I just wipe out the interior and exterior with damp cloth and that’s it. What I like the most is the reminder alarm that beeps every frigidaire gallery dishwasher 3 minutes and reminds me to take out the plate with food. I often forget about that, doing things about the house. However in other reviews users noted about the problem with popcorn feature and I agree with that.
