This two-burner grill was slower to preheat than the top grills in our tests and might need more than 10 minutes to reach the grilling temperature you want. The Genesis gas grills support both in Liquid Propane or Natural Gas fuel format. Just make sure the ultimate SKU you select matches the fuel type of your home. Only by hopscotching the food around the grill grate could I come up with something close to an even sear.
