The black stainless looks great and so far I™™ve not had any issues with its performance. I think the dry feature works better than the Maytag I had. HOWEVER™¦My biggest frustration are the racks themselves particularly the bottom rack. The way the tines are angled, the height of the tines, and the general layout of the space on the bottom is all horrible. Perhaps I have the misfortune of having all the wrong dishes as many of them don™™t fit in a way that allows me to load it to capacity. We have square dinner plates that have a slight curve to the corners – I can only use every other row or they fall over on themselves .
I really like the option for heated dry and quick wash. The only negative is the way the bottom rack hamilton beach 900 watt microwave slides poorly sometimes. It is like it is a little too light weight to roll back inside the washer.
Although this was not the quietest db rating for a dishwasher, I do not find it very noisy. Unfortunately I could not be more disappointed and dissatisfied with my new Frigidaire Dishwasher. In spite of running hot water prior to the wash cycle, adding rinse aid the entire washer and dishes are very wet when the cycle is complete. I always need to hand dry the dishes and wipe out the washer and the towel is completely saturated when I finish. The dishwasher always has bad odor which I believe is due never being completely dry. I have several other Frigidaire appliances that I’m very pleased with, however complete swing and a miss with this dishwasher.
