Speaker is great and can go really loud. Assembly was awesome just took out of the box and the only thing to attach was the phone holder and arms. Like others I didn’t attach the arms because I wanted to be able to fold the treadmill down to store away. I don’t like the phone Costway Folding Treadmill holder I wish the adjuster would go up farther so that I can read off my iPad. I had trouble with putting the oil in the belt since this is my first treadmill. I’m 5 foot 3 ins and I weight 199 as of this morning and I was able to jog at a pace of 6.7 with no issues.
I opted not to use those though. Love that this was easy to assemble. Very convenient relatively light weight machine while still feeling sturdy. It is sturdy, quite, and very compact for use in small apartments. The fact that all I had to do was add the phone holder and arms made it even more awesome.
Third, The measures of speed is KILOMETERS not MILES. So if you wonder why you’re going fast, that’s why. This treadmill is compact, sturdy and surprisingly quiet. It’s perfect to keep me moving during this era of COVID gym closures. We are very happy with our purcahse which came yesterday and now we can contiune with our walking exercises. Treadmill is doing its job so far. It’s small and I can store it under my couch. I bought it because I caught COVID 2 months ago and it went crazy on my lungs and totally depleted my stamina. Getting to the point to walk in a store to get my groceries was hard. It has been good in helping with recovery.
You couldn’t run on this and you have to be very careful where and how you are placing your feet to avoid falls and injury. Not recommended for older people and people with special physical needs. It makes a loud whistle the faster it goes.
