This is my second time buying a treadmill. The first time is traditional and very inconvenient. The one I bought now is super convenient.
The treadmill came assembled out of the box. It ran excellent and everything worked. It is also very quiet.I will highly recommend to buy. I’ve been walking/jogging on it for a week now. It would be cool if there was an app that would connect with the Bluetooth. I received my product 10 days ahead of the delivery date.
In order to be able to butt well with the oil inlet, do not cut off the mouth too long, about 0.2inch or shorter, as long as the oil can flow out. B) Turn on the treadmill and let it run at a minimum speed of 1mph. Add lubricating oil to the walking belt through the oil inlet as indicated in the figure. C) Butt the mouth of the oil bottle mouth Costway Folding Treadmill and the oil inlet, slowly squeeze the oil bottle to allow the oil to flow into the inside of the walking belt through the tubing. Let the treadmill run at a speed of 1mph to uniformly smear silicone oil and gently stamp on the middle of the walking belt. The silicone oil can be completely absorbed by the walking belt after a few minutes.
Treadmill is doing its job so far. It’s small and I can store it under my couch. I bought it because I caught COVID 2 months ago and it went crazy on my Sunny Health Fitness lungs and totally depleted my stamina. Getting to the point to walk in a store to get my groceries was hard. It has been good in helping with recovery.
Hold the handrail in the front part of the treadmill with both hands, step on the treadmill, and press the button to adjust the speed of the treadmill in small increments from 1.5 to 3.0. Stand up straight, relax as much as possible, and move with the walking belt. After you adapt to the rhythm and find your body center of gravity, increase the speed in small increments, release both hands from the handrail in front, and swing your arms with your body.

Love how compact it is and you can hide it anywhere. Doesn’t make noise when it’s on but it makes a small sound when I’m jogging on it. It’s been 2 weeks we are using it, working good so far. But after 2/3 days started to make some light noice.
