Also the buttons are hard to push, and there is no “Melt” button, which I use a lot. I have a Hamilton Microwave that is less than 2 months old. After reading some of the reviews, I’ve come to the conclusion that apparently this is an ongoing problem with Hamilton beach microwaves.
