I™™ve only been using my dishwasher for about two weeks, but so far I love it. It is super quiet, my dishes sparkle, I love the third rack at the top, the blue/green light on the floor is a wonderful plus, and it has been easy to program as well. I had a Samsung previously and was tentative about hamilton beach 1000 watt microwave this brand, but so far, I am very pleased. The neat part is has floor lights blue when running and green light when the dishwasher has completed it’s cycle. The only drawback is the bottom rack rollers get caught up on something causing to catch on something and therefore difficult to push in. But, overall the dishwasher is top notch and does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. The CS person I spoke with said I needed to talk to “Andi”. I called again 3 days later, spoke with Andi, asked if he had rec’d my message. He did, and said since it was a different HD that had delivered the hamilton beach 900 watt microwave appliance and therefore he could not do anything. When Asked why no one said that, he claimed that he had reached out to them and asked them to contact me. It was a week later and no one had followed up.
