The plastic base part containing the blades to an approximately $30 Hamilton Beach blender cracked causing a leak of contents when in use. I had owned this small appliance about 7 months & was very pleased with how it makes my smoothies. I contacted Hamilton Beach regarding this & was told they would send me a replacement at no cost to me . I received the replacement part within about 3 days but it was the wrong part.
Called 07/22 and asked for update and agent said she couldn’t see anything and that I would get a call back from management within 24hrs. Hey it’s been 24 hours no call back so of course I have to call back. Reached an agent and said all supervisors are busy with an agent and recommended I try and call back again. Coming from someone that really loves and supports Hamilton Beach products they definitely did not retain this customer.
