The Hamilton Beach brand is recommended by many kitchen experts. If the company would settle on one or two great-performing programmable models, manufactured in various sizes in one exterior finish, then their traditional slow cookers would be even more popular due to less consumer confusion. I guess they pick and choose who they want to give customer service to, because I see a handful of people who actually got help, while the rest of us are left with no answers. I bought a food processor and I was hoping it would last me a couple of years.
