For daylight at low-ISO , I would much prefer a lager sensor and slower lens over a cellphone sensor with a “fast” lens. The no-fly zone coving entire events is for professional dji fly sports like the NFL and MLB. As already been stated most of the photos here are shot slower than 1/30. I`m sure they would be way sharper with faster shutter speed.
This is just too big for the Mini and kinda defeats the purpose of it being small and compact. Was windy this morning before it started raining and that thing was rock steady. I flew it for a bit, very responsive , even with the wind didn’t drift. I went ahead and ordered dji fly one, with the extra batteries, blades, case etc. I agree that a 1” sensor would be nice, but would that have put it over the 250g weight, which is this drone’s selling point? I would rather the sensor it has, which is still capable, and remain under 250g than a 1” sensor.
