Wipe the cleaner off with a clean cloth or paper towel. If cleaning a stainless steel BBQ, wipe in the same direction as the grain. If your smoker has a painted surface, wipe in circles. Apply your cleaner using a soft cloth or spray bottle.

One temperature probe is provided, but there are ports for three more. Smoking in the 560 is as easy as setting the temperature and a timer. Get this monster home, read the paperwork, this does so much stuff. It is like having an extra oven, I always had my husband cook outside, me not wanting to mess with charcoal or whatever. I have made several things in this, it adds a light smoke flavor to the food, but if you really like the smoke flavor then you will need to have an accessory, I am happy with it as is. The Bluetooth totally works in my situation, I have heard of other people not being able to use that feature. Giving your pellet grill a good clean does not require any fancy tools, and you can often get the job done well with materials you already have around the house. If storing the grill outdoors, close the wood pellet lid and cover the grill with a cover for protection from the weather.
