I can’t really find anything negative to say about the design of the machine itself or its performance. However I do have one major gripe to mention and it’s the dodgy interface between the machine and the charger-cum-cleaning station. When I first mounted the unit into the cleaning station’s provided port, it refused to engage with the irobot vacuum cleaner power supply. In fact I had to jiggle the machine around until the charging light came on. I wouldn’t say it’s a deal breaker but it sure is frustrating. This machine helps maintain it’s a performance with a self-cleaning cycle that cleans the brush roll and inside of the CrossWave so you have less you have to take care of yourself.

What’s not great is it doesn’t pick up all of the dog hair. We have a Labrador and sometimes it leaves bissell crosswave cordless white clumps on the ground. Also I did not receive the latest model I was sent the older one.
