I’ve always used offset stick burners, kettle or drum smokers, or electric smokers with wood chips or chunks. The temp fluctuated 10-15F degrees during both cooks, which I find to be pretty standard on pellet grills. That fluctuation didn’t impact my cooks though, because the chamber is so large cuisinart pots and pans set and because the cooking takes place on the elevated racks. What I learned is that I am not buying a Cusinart at all but Grill made by another company that slaps a Cuisinart name on it. Your directions for how to do the initial start up were so much clearer and accurate than in the manual. Overall, we were happy with the outcome and hopeful we will get good milage and use.
